I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The host, Stella, was excellent in every way. She communicated effectively and even prepared a helpful slide show of nearby attractions. The hotel itself was outstanding, with new furniture and spotlessly clean rooms. The location was perfect, just outside the old town and incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions in the city. The ability to open the doors between the private studios was a fantastic feature, allowing for comfortable socializing. I highly recommend this place for couples, families, or anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.
Nothing to complain about at all.

The apartment was brand new, bright, and clean with all the comforts we needed. We especially enjoyed the easy-to-use and comfortable sofa bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions in the city. The host provided us with maps and recent pictures of the sites, which was very helpful. having a private parking spot was a great advantage.
The building itself looked a bit run down, but this didn't reflect the quality of the apartment inside. However, it's important to note that there is no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the 3rd floor could be a hassle for guests with heavier suitcases or mobility restrictions.

The rooms at Luxury Room & Studio Stella Maris are really comfortable with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. It felt like a home away from home. I loved that the room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer days in Split. The soundproofing in the twin/double room was excellent, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. The studio had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Personally, I found the shower in the room a bit small. But hey, it might be just me, as some people might prefer cozy spaces.
